1. Mocha Cocoa

You’ll need
- 2 cups of milk (full fat)
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- Brown sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp of coffee (instant or freshly brewed)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
Cook the milk and bring it close to boiling. Lower the heat and add in all the ingredients. Keep mixing the brew for a couple of minutes and put it in a cup. This serves 2 people.
2. Black Coffee with a twist

Things You’ll Need:
- 2 tbsp of freshly brewed coffee
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp of chocolate extract
- 1 tsp of hazelnut or any nut extract
- 1 sachet of artificial sweetener
Brew the coffee in a pan first on low heat. Bring to simmer but do not boil. Add the other ingredients and mix for a couple of minutes. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
3. Alternative Instant Coffee Mix

You’ll Need
- 1 tsp Nescafe coffee (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tsp sugar or to taste
- Cinnamon powder (optional)
- Cocoa Powder (optional)
The first step is to mix the coffee in a mug with a few drops of water and 1 tsp of sugar. Mix until the batter is thick and creamy. Now add this mixture to warm milk inside a pan. Mix everything well and pour into a mug.
4. Iced Coffee Thai Style
Love Iced Coffee? Here is a simple recipe you can try at home to enjoy cold coffee like they sell in the cafes.
- 4 tbsp of coffee
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tsp of cardamom powder
- 1 tsp of nut flavoring
- Few cubes of ice properly crushed in a blender
Mix everything in a blender and blend away. Add crushed ice at the end to make sure the coffee is cold.
5. Creamy Vanilla Caramel Coffee
Another cold coffee recipe to satisfy your craving for sweets and coffee with a single mug.
- 4 tbsp of brewed coffee (cooled down)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of fresh cream (mix with few drops of vanilla extract)
- 1 tsp of caramel ice cream (used as a topping)
- 3 cups of crushed ice
- Whipped cream on top (optional)
Brew the coffee first on warm heat and bring it cool. Now mix this with milk and other ingredients. Blend away in a blender and add crushed ice in the end. Use whipped cream on top to add even more taste.
