The Smartphone market, even though produces some really good handsets every year, for a couple of years things have been a bit different. We weren’t able to see any significant breakthrough in the market. Nothing came which could be called the next best smartphone of our time.
Things could finally change because we feel the next good thing in Android smartphone market is here. Let us present the new OnePlus 3 in all its glory.
Those of you who are not familiar with the OnePlus, it’s an high end Android phone that was previously available only through invites. With the new release, the OnePlus is dropping the invite system.
So to talk about the phone, let’s look at its build quality first. The OnePlus 3 is made of anodized aluminum build which will be available in two colors; Gold and Graphite respectively. The phone will boast 1080p resolution straight out of the box running on a 5.5 Optic AMOLED display.
A fingerprint scanner has also been added for quick access to the phone.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor with dedicated 6GB RAM which is more than any other phone currently available. It also has dedicated internal storage of 64GB.
The phone currently retails for $399. This is by far the best set of specifications you can get in under $500.
